Do you drink herbal teas? Today I will share some of my favorite teas and their benefits. It is best to have caffeine-free teas as both caffeine and decaffeinated products can cause trouble for the liver and endocrine systems.
Here are some of my favorite herbal teas
- To reduce stress and anxiety: chamomile tea, ashwagandha, or holy basil
- Antioxidant boost: rooibos, kukicha, raspberry
- Stabilize blood sugar: cinnamon
- Anti-inflammatory: turmeric, ginger
- To boost fertility: red raspberry, licorice root, wild yam
- For better sleep: chamomile, lavender, passionflower
- For bloating: fennel
- Other teas that benefit your overall health: peppermint, mint, cardamom, nettles
