Do you drink herbal teas? Today I will share some of my favorite teas and their benefits. It is best to have caffeine-free teas as both caffeine and decaffeinated products can cause trouble for the liver and endocrine systems.

Here are some of my favorite herbal teas

  • To reduce stress and anxiety: chamomile tea, ashwagandha, or holy basil
  • Antioxidant boost: rooibos, kukicha, raspberry
  • Stabilize blood sugar: cinnamon
  • Anti-inflammatory: turmeric, ginger
  • To boost fertility: red raspberry, licorice root, wild yam
  • For better sleep: chamomile, lavender, passionflower
  • For bloating: fennel
  • Other teas that benefit your overall health: peppermint, mint, cardamom, nettles
