I remember feeling like a zombie. I was doing my daily tasks, working at a job that I liked, and raising 3 boys in a good way, but I wasn’t happy and I definitely wasn’t thriving. Being in constant survival mode raised my stress and anxiety. I also felt overwhelmed and chronically tired. I didn’t know what my purpose in life was either.
Through my own wellness journey, I have learned to decrease stress and anxiety, appreciate the small things in life, and push myself out of my comfort zone. Today, I feel like I am thriving and living a fulfilled life that I love. I know my purpose (which is to help you thrive too), and I am enjoying taking on big and small projects.
